Materials and care

What materials do you use in your pieces?
We primarily work with high-quality brass, copper, and silver wire, often incorporating natural minerals and carefully selected gemstones. Each material is chosen for both beauty and symbolic resonance.

How should I care for my wire-wrapped jewelry?
To preserve the finish and structure of your piece:

  • Avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals

  • Store it in a dry place, ideally in a fabric pouch or box

  • Gently clean it with a soft cloth after wearing

Can I get my piece wet?
We don’t recommend it. While occasional moisture won’t ruin your jewelry, extended exposure to water may cause oxidation or dullness, especially in untreated metals. If it does get wet, dry it immediately with a clean, soft cloth.

Can I request a custom piece?
Yes! We love collaborating on custom designs. Reach out to us with your idea, and we’ll work together to create a piece tailored to your vision.

How long does it take to make a custom piece?
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design, but most custom pieces are completed within 5 to 10 business days.

Can I send a gemstone to be used in a design?
Yes — we’re happy to work with gemstones provided by customers. Please contact us before sending anything so we can confirm the stone’s suitability for wire wrapping and discuss how it might be incorporated.

What’s the difference between the Ephemeral and Permanent Collections?
The Ephemeral Collection features one-of-a-kind pieces, made once and never repeated. The Permanent Collection includes signature designs that are made to order and can be customized with your choice of stone or metal.

2. Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

What should I do if my piece arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the damage. We’ll assess the situation and offer a repair or replacement if needed.'
