Terms of Service

Welcome to Artquilus. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations may occur. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers via our secure payment gateway.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the delivery method, and whether the item is made to order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is handmade and often customized. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and offer a solution.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and in compliance with Mexico’s Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing contact@artquilus.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and written content on this site are the property of Artquilus and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artquilus is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Mexican customers are protected under Mexican consumer law. Any disputes may be addressed in either English or Spanish, and legal claims may be filed in Mexico if needed.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated terms.
